Actually everything was first-class, my next choice again in Houston. The hotel was spotless with prime location and fantastic rooms. The staff members were very professional. The breakfasts were large and the service was excellent. Besides, I parked onsite.

Fantastic venue, outstanding food, magnificent location on platform set. Very early check-in, large rooms with fancy teas and coffee and a DVD player. Comfortable decor of the room, accommodating staff from the doormen to the desk staff to the maids.

The hotel in Beverly Hills had a great location, with easy access to the Galleria shopping center and shops in a nearby building. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and quality toiletries in the bathroom. The service was top-notch, with friendly and polite staff who accommodated our needs. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a beautiful pool area and a well-equipped gym for guests to enjoy.
The upholstery was worn, and the artwork was fraying, giving the impression of a dated hotel.
